- Select the section you are interested in (New In, Shoes, Collections).
- Find the product(s) you are most interested in. You can use the filters at the top (color, heel, pattern, size, toe type) to refine your search. With a single click you can enter in the product page with all the details of the selected item, availability and price.
- Select your size, add to shopping cart and proceed with the purchase.
- To complete your order you can register or carry out the transaction as a guest.
- Enter your details and the address where you want the package delivered.
- Select a payment method.
- Confirm your order.
- You will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation.

How do the ballet flats fit?
Our BallereTTe are handmade, most of our models have a standard fit so we recommend you take the number you wear normally. To get an idea of the size of the ballet flats, you can visit our "Sizing Chart”.
When will my size be available again?
If the size you want is not currently available, you can activate an e-mail notification by clicking on "Can't find your size?", entering the size you want and the e-mail address. You will receive an e-mail as soon as the desired product is back in stock.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your orders by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Diners) through Stripe.
If you would like to receive an invoice, you can contact us by sending an e-mail to customer.care@ballerette.com within the calendar month in which you place your order.
Is it safe to pay by credit card?
Paying by credit card is even safer on ballerette.com thanks to the Stripe System. In partnership with the Stripe, we can guarantee the safe handling of your credit card information by not entering into possession of any sensitive information, such as your complete card number or security code. In addition, you can register your credit card details so that you do not have to enter them with every order.
Can I place my order by phone?
No, you cannot order by phone, but by sending us an e-mail we will be happy to help you complete your order.
Can I make a purchase by bank transfer?
Yes, just send us the link of the model you are interested in, specifying the size. After checking availability, we will send you the coordinates to make the transfer.
Can I pay by cash on delivery?
We do not accept cash on delivery.
I can't finish the payment, how do I do it?
If the payment of the order is not successful, it could have been due to a connection problem during the transaction, or to a problem with the remaining credit or maximum spending of the card. In this case, please try again to place your order and contact us if you have any further problems.
My order is pending, how can I recover it?
If your order is "pending", just send us an e-mail to unlock it. Then you can re-enter your account to re-open the shopping cart and proceed to finalize the payment.
Which company do you use to ship?
All orders are shipped by FedEx.
What is the shipping time?
Generally, 2-5 working days from the time your order is processed, unless the courier is late.
I have only partially received my order.
If you have received only some of the products in your order, it may mean that they arrive from two different warehouses and travel in separate packages.
The ballet flats I bought are small/large, how do I exchange them?
For online orders, the first exchange for a different size and/or model is free, but if you want to return the shoes for a refund, you can return your order for a cost of $20.00
Can I exchange for another model?
Yes, it is possible to exchange your order for different model. Additional payment may be required if there is a price difference between models.
Can I have a store credit instead of a refund?
Yes, you can receive a store credit to use online or in-store within 1 year from the date of purchase.
Is the exchange charged fee?
The first exchange will be free.
I made an exchange, but it is still incorrect, can I exchange it for another model?
Yes, it is possible to exchange your order for different model. Additional payment may be required if there is a price difference between models.
I would like to return the shoes; how should I proceed?
You can send us an e-mail to customer.care@ballerette.com indicating the article you would like to return and we’ll send you all the information to proceed.
How do I make a return?

The refund will be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the return.

To use the gift card, enter the alphanumeric code in the box labeled “discount coupon” directly into the shopping cart at checkout.
