Orders

How to order?

Order online at ballerette.com: 

  1. Select the section you are interested in (New In, Shoes, Collections).
  2. Find the product(s) you are most interested in. You can use the filters at the top (color, heel, pattern, size, toe type) to refine your search. With a single click you can enter in the product page with all the details of the selected item, availability and price.
  3. Select your size, add to shopping cart and proceed with the purchase.
  4. To complete your order you can register or carry out the transaction as a guest.
  5. Enter your details and the address where you want the package delivered.
  6. Select a payment method.
  7. Confirm your order.
  8. You will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation.

How do the ballet flats fit?

Our BallereTe are homemade, most of our models have a standard fit so we recommend you take the number you wear normally. To get an idea of the size of the ballet flats, you can visit our "Sizing Chart”. 

When will my size be available again?

If the size you want is not currently available, you can activate an e-mail notification by clicking on "Can't find your size?", entering the size you want and the e-mail address. You will receive an e-mail as soon as the desired product is back in stock.

Which ballet flats have leather soles?

Payments

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your orders by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Postepay, PayPal or by bank transfer sending us an e-mail at customer.care@ballerette.com

If you would like to receive an invoice, you can contact us by sending an e-mail to customer.care@ballerette.com within the calendar month in which you place your order. 

Is it safe to pay by credit card?

Paying by credit card is even safer on ballerette.com thanks to the Gestpay Banca Sella System. In partnership with the Banca Sella Group, we can guarantee the safe handling of your credit card information by not entering into possession of any sensitive information, such as your complete card number or security code. In addition, you can register your credit card details so that you do not have to enter them with every order.

Can I place my order by phone?

No, you cannot order by phone, but by sending us an e-mail we will be happy to help you complete your order. 

Can I make a purchase by bank transfer?

Yes, just send us the link of the model you are interested in, specifying the size. After checking availability, we will send you the coordinates to make the transfer.

Can I pay by cash on delivery?

We do not accept cash on delivery. 

I can't finish the payment, how do I do it?

If the payment of the order is not successful, it could have been due to a connection problem during the transaction, or to a problem with the remaining credit or maximum spending of the card. In this case, please try again to place your order and contact us if you have any further problems. 

My order is pending, how can I recover it?

If your order is "pending", just send us an e-mail to unlock it. Then you can re-enter your account to re-open the shopping cart and proceed to finalize the payment.

Delivery and Shipping

Which courier do you use to ship?

All orders are shipped by DHL express courier. 

What is the shipping time?

Generally, 1-2 working days from the time your order is processed, unless the courier is late. 

I am not at home for delivery, the courier calls me?

We require a telephone contact in the shipping information to allow the courier to call in case he has problems during delivery. 

I have only partially received my order.

If you have received only some of the products in your order, it may mean that they arrive from two different warehouses and travel in separate packages.

Exchanges

The ballet flats I bought are small/large, how do I proceed?

For online orders the first replacement for change size and/or model is free, but if you want to return the shoes and get a refund you can return the ballet flats independently to the company or use our courier for a cost of 6 euros.

Can I change to another model?

Yes, it is possible to replace with a different model from the one purchased, possibly paying, if there is, a difference in price. 

Can I have a voucher instead of changing what I purchased?

Yes, you can receive a voucher to use online or in-store within 1 year from the date of purchase. 

Is the exchange charged fee?

For online orders, the first exchange for a change size and/or model is free. 

I replaced it with another number but it's still not right, can I change it with another model?

Yes, it is possible to exchange with a different model from the one you purchased, possibly paying, if there is, the difference in price. 

Returns and Refunds

I would like to return the shoes; how should I proceed?

You can send us an e-mail to customer.care@ballerette.com indicating the pick-up address and the time slot in which to send the courier. 

How to send the return

Before entrusting the package to the courier, it is necessary to seal the Ballerette inside their cardboard box, taking care to pack them in order to avoid breaking the transparent box.

How long will the return be refunded?

The refund will be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the return. 

Where is the refund made?

The refund is made with the same method of payment used to place the order. With PayPal the amount credited will be visible directly on your PayPal account. 

Is the return chargeable?

If you want to return the shoe and get a refund, you can send the BallereTTe back to the company or use our courier for a cost of 6 euros.

Discount and Gift Coupons

I received a gift coupon; how can I use it?

To use the gift coupon just enter the alphanumeric code in the box "discount coupon" directly in the shopping cart at checkout. 

What is the expiry date of the gift coupon?

The gift coupon is valid for 1 year from the moment it is purchased (the receipt of the online order is the proof). 

I have a discount coupon; how can I use it?

To use the discount coupon just enter the alphanumeric code in the box "discount coupon" directly in the shopping cart at checkout. 

Work with us

Is it possible to sell Ballerette in my shop? I would like to open a Ballerette store in my town, do you have a franchise program?

At the moment we are growing with direct stores and we are considering other ways of opening for the future.
