The purchased items arrive to destination withing 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday) with express shipping, usually with DHL carrier.

The shipping cost is 10 euros throughout Europe.

Information on customers’ rights to withdrawal, returns and payment methods

Right of withdrawal

Customers have the right of withdrawal from the buying contract, without any monetary penalties and without explicit reason, within 14 days from the receipt of the items (according to the art. 52 of Codice del Consumo – Italian Law). In order to benefit by the right of withdrawal on a purchased item, it is necessary the customers contact our Customer Care service, specifying the following information: order identification code, products to return etc. Customers can do so writing to  customer.care@ballerette.com.

Returns

The return proceedings will start only after explicit request for a product found not compliant, defective or damaged. Upon receiving the request, Castel SRL will reserve the right to verify the condition upon which a return procedure may be started.
In order to open a return request for faulty or damaged product, it is necessary to contact the Customer Care service specifying the required details (such as order identification code, the item found not compliant, customer’s contact info etc.). This is done writing to customer.care@ballerette.com.
Once the return request has been sent, our Customer Care service will decide if the return is compliant with our policy and if it is possible to return the item, in which case the customer will have to return the item using the carrier service that Castel SRL has provided for free. In other cases, it may be possible that the customer is given a refund without having to return the item, according to Castel SRL return policy.
To ship the return item, the customer will have to be available during a working day for the carrier to pick the item up at the given address.
Returned items will be accepted only when in perfect conditions and inside their original packaging, if not the refund or change of the item cannot be granted.

What to do at delivery time

We suggest our customers to always carefully check their delivered items upon receiving them: if something is found not compliant with the order, a complete refund is possible upon request.

Here are some useful suggestions to follow on delivery time:

  • Once your parcel arrives, please check that the package is intact. If not, we suggest that customers DO NOT take the parcel and leave it with the carrier. If this is done, we ask that customers let us know as soon as possible in order to quickly arrange another shipment of the purchased item.
  • In case of anomalies with the package, we suggest to take the parcel but to sign a form of “acceptance with reservation”, this way it will be easier to get a refund due to shipment damages.
  • If the product delivered is damaged or partially delivered, we suggest customers take pictures of the item and the package: in case of refund request, our Customer Care service may ask that the item is returned in order to verify and better understand the issues encountered.
